Over recent weeks reports have been surfacing that the housing market has been cooling as much as the weather. However on a cold Saturday morning the prestigious new development 5 The Boulevard in Crawley town centre was launched and received a warm response from buyers.
Managing Director Darren Greenaway of Greenaway Estate Agents in Crawley was flabbergasted that buyers started arriving before the launch time and for six hours there was a constant queue of people until the office closed. Reservations started almost immediately and continued throughout the day until close of business. Within seventy two hours forty percent of the development had been reserved which rose to fifty percent within the week.
Branch Manager Simon Brown quoted ‘the show apartment is scheduled to be ready in late January but if we continue to generate anywhere near the same level of interest for the next few weeks there is a distinct possibility we will have the development sold before the end of the year.
